When we think of the market for mobile phones, we first thought it to hit the market for white collar executives to hip-hop teens. And we missed to see the needs that even our grandpa's and grandma's need the technology also.
With this marketing insight, cellphone manufacturers had innovated new cell phones to fit the market for senior citizens. Aside from the basic features like being able to make and receive phone calls, and able to store internal phone data, new features added includes larger buttons and fonts. This is to answer the concern of having to spend a lot of time looking for the numbers just to dial a particular contact.
